| Section 207-1 Annual Water Restrictions
A.
Mandatory restrictions. All residents,
tenants and businesses using water supplied by
the Borough of Pemberton shall observe mandatory
water use restrictions as follow:
(1)
The water use restrictions are mandatory during
the entire year, January through December.
(2)
Outdoor use for lawn, garden, shrub and any
other vegetation watering, car or any other
mobile equipment washing, and washing of
driveways, sidewalks, buildings and equipments
shall be restricted to alternate days which
usage allowed on even-numbered days for those
residents or businesses whose dwelling, building
or box number are even and or odd- numbered days
for those residents or businesses whose
dwelling, building or box number are odd.
Any month with thirty-one (31) days are to be
considered open watering days and lawns may be
watered.
Section 207-4 violations and penalties
Failure to comply with the required water
conservation measures set forth in this chapter
shall be punishable by a fine of $100.00 for the
first offense, $250.00 for the second offense,
and $500.00 for the third and each additional
offense. |
