The Board of Trustees will
have a closed meeting on the second Tuesday
of each month. At that meeting the
members of the board can have frank and open
discussions if issues that concern the
community. Minutes will be kept of the
meeting. There will be an open meeting
on the third Tuesday of the month at which
time the decision of the board will be
communicated as deemed appropriate by the
board. Questions may be presented to
the board by the community. The
minutes will not be posted. They may
be obtained by requesting a copy from the
secretary.
