ARB
Request Submittal |
When you have an ARB request, please send it
to the ARB c/o Nick Sebasto10 Tommy Meadow. It will be reviewed at the
next monthly meeting. |
Landscaping |
Some times the best way to figure out what
to do is by observing what others have done.
At the August meeting of the Board, Legacy
Oaks was mentioned as being a particularly
attractive 55+ community. I went and
took pictures.
Check out the slideshow. Note the
entry to Legacy Oaks. They have a sign
on both sides of the very wide entrance.
Remember, changes to the landscaping on your
property requires ARB approval BEFORE yoou
proceed. |
Attic
Fans |
An attic fan can make a huge difference in
the cooling bill in the summer months and
make your loft areas much more comfortable.
It can also increase the life of your
roofing materials by helping to lower the
temperature of the underlying space.
If you have had an attic fan installed in
your roof, please remember to submit a form
to the ARB. No attic fan will be denied,
(unless installed in the front of the
house), but a form should be on file. Also,
all fans require a Borough Building Permit
and inspection by the building inspector. If
you have not gotten your permit, please stop
by Borough Hall to obtain a form. The cost
is $85.00. |
