The most current address book has been created and encoded to protect your privacy, particularly from the Internet Robots and Search Engines.  Please use the case sensitive password HAW2007 to access the document.

 It is important that you keep the community appraised of any change in your contact information, especially phone numbers and e-mail addresses.   Please check your entry in the current directory. Make sure that everything is correct.  Please send any new information to ContactInfo@hearthstoneatwoodfield.info .This is very important so that we can expediently contact you in a cost effective manner.

 The community directory is also an important tool for communication.  We work hard to maintain an accurate list of street addresses, phone numbers and e-mails.  If the community has your e-mail address on file, you will receive communications in that way. E-mail keeps your assessment fees lower.  If we had to use the USPS for every communication to you, it would get very expensive.  If we had the management company do the mailings it would be even more costly.

Help us out.  If your immediate neighbors do not have e-mail, please take the time to print a copy of the communications and deliver it to them.

We ask that you use proper e-mail etiquette in all communications.  It is also advisable when sending out e-mails to many people that you put the distribution list in the BCC field and your e-mail address in the TO field to protect the privacy of the list members.  That will also minimize unwanted contentious e-mails.
